The only consistent way of collecting Blue Essence is by completing your first win of the day. The first win of the day mission will reset every 22 hours and will provide players with 50 Blue Essence and Experience upon completing the mission. Players should take advantage of their First Win of the Day, if not to get a regular supply of Blue Essence at lest to get a regular supply of experience, which will ultimately be the method that helps players grind the most Blue Essence, again through champion capsules.
Although First Win of the Day missions are one type of mission that players can complete to get Blue Essence, there are periodic missions tied to events that players can complete to get higher yields of Blue Essence. Event Missions can vary in the amount of Blue Essence received and has even included rewards as high as a couple thousand Blue Essence at a time. Note: Not all rewards from event missions yield Blue Essence rewards and many missions will require the player to play in a PVP game mode.
There are two different champion capsules that players can receive being regular ones and glorious champion capsules. Players will have a very slim chance to receive a permanent shard instead of a regular one. Permanent shards can either be used to unlock a champion for no extra cost or can be disenchanted for more Blue Essence. The final way players can collect Blue Essence is by gaining Honour from their fellow players.
While it is unclear how exactly the honour system works, as there are algorithms based on the number of games players play and the number of honours they receive in comparison to themselves and not other accounts. Either way, at the end of the day players, can receive the keys required to open Hextech Chests from the orbs and capsules players receive for reaching levels 3, 4, 5 and their checkpoints.
Level Capsules contain higher yields of Blue Essence via champion shards, though again, depending on what the RNG gods decide for you, you may get a bunch of expensive champion shards. While you're waiting for preseason to arrive, use the tool below to theorycraft some new builds. To help get started with this, they're also reducing the costs of the seven oldest champions currently still priced at ip, namely Ezrael, Valdimir, Renekton, Nocturne, Lee Sin, Brand, and Vayne.
The last part of this announcement from Riot Games is something they try to call another part of regulating champion price, but is something that has been coming for a lot longer for an entirely different reason. This gives you more time to accumulate IP between champion releases, and it enables our design team to spend more time developing and polishing each new champion. While talk of giving people more time to accumulate the greater ip needed to get new champions as they release sounds nice, it seems far more likely that the release schedule is slowing down more due to how many champions there are available.
With Vi being the th playable champion in the League of Legends, having another 14 over the next year will still mean that between bans and player selections, draft mode games would still have over champions left unaccounted for, and it's been theorized for a long time that eventually Riot would stop making champions simply out of necessity to mitigate this.
Time will tell. For now, it's good to see a bit more structure and consistency with the pricing and better ability to gauge our own spending. Since seeing it so much, I've been buying Sightstone as a Asked by Oilee on September 13, Does hes UT passive apply on normal attack?

Do you still build Muramana first or do you change or build according with you first evolved skill? Asked by Pluckin Penguin on January 7, So, I've recently purchased [[Kha'Zix]] in middle lane, and haven't lost a game yet with him.
My question is, how well do [[Kha'zix]], [[Talon]] and [[Zed]] fare at mid now? Better, worse, or about the same as S2? Join or Log In. Join the leading League of Legends community.
